Friday Update 2024-03-01: Demo Release Day!

Happy Friday – it’s demo release day! Come celebrate with me by downloading and playing the new demo! You’ll find it attached to this post, but also under the game’s new name, Evertrue Chronicle: Demo Edition. Evertrue Chronicle: Demo Edition contains most of the first half of the game, and boasts much more polish than the original Memoria Demo. Here’s what you can expect from this release:

• More game: As mentioned above, more of the game is available. In particular, the second area of each character’s section is live.
• More story: The story has been touched up a lot. The history of the realm is a lot more tangible in this release, and characters’ history with each other is apparent too.
• More challenge: Characters and enemies have been rebalanced across the board, hopefully delivering a more engaging experience.
• Better Skills: All the skills are functional and the kinks have been worked out of them. Each character should feel distinctly different, since they all have unique skillsets.
• More town: Or rather, more to do in town. Most characters have something to do now besides give you random tips, and you can find a few side quests to embark on too.
