Friday Update 2024-01-19

Welcome to the first Friday Update! As I continue to develop Memoria, I'm going to share my goals for the game and progress in developing it in these logs. I plan to release a new entry every other week, though log entries may be more frequent (weekly) if I get a lot done during the week. In this first entry I want to share my goals for the next release of the demo so future progress can be measured against it.

Demo v2.0 goals:

• New name (Memoria is too crowded)
• Give townsfolk more to do
• Finish up the second map in each area
• Rebalance encounters and growth
• Expand on the story and world
• Quality of life improvements
